The property's price and location were convenient, although the description of the Deluxe studio was misleading. Despite some noise and a disappointing view, the room was clean and comfortable. On the other hand, another guest had a disastrous experience, with issues ranging from dirty common areas to poor communication and service. The hotel fell short of expectations, with challenges at every turn, from broken amenities to lack of clarity on included services. However, the staff were generally friendly, but improvements in communication and service coordination with housekeeping are needed.

Loved the room with a kitchenette, complete with a dishwasher and top-notch toiletries, serviced daily with fresh towels and effective blackout blinds making it calm despite the nearby railway. The location rocked with shops and restaurants close by, and a short walk to popular attractions. Unfortunately, the early checkout time of 11 am seemed a tad rushed for a leisurely morning before departure. 🌟

The only thing missing was a chill hangout spot within the hotel where we could mingle with other young travelers.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is central with Westminster and Big Ben nearby. There is a Sainsbury's right next to the hotel, which is convenient for any necessary supplies. The room had a kitchenette, which is a great feature, especially for disabled travelers who prefer to cook their own meals. Additionally, Alexia, who greeted us at reception, was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which was much appreciated after a long drive.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaints whatsoever.

Despite the lackluster breakfast spread, nearby joints like The Crown and Cushion and Chicken Palace saved the day. The abysmal shower pressure and finicky TV connection were minor blips, easily overshadowed by the hotel's cleanliness and unbeatable London access.

Omg guys, let me tell ya, the location of this place 😍 so close to everything! north lambeth tube right there 🚇 and southbank a short strut away. But the spacious room was the real jaw-dropper! only downside, brekkie ended way too early 🕣🍳

The meeting rooms were so small, I had to squeeze myself and my colleagues in like sardines.

The location was superb! We had a Sainsbury's local just next door, and within a 5-minute walk we had a Tesco express and Co-op. Plus, there was a Costa coffee just across the road. The best part was that we could see a famous landmark from our window, it was such a surprise! The room itself wassuper clean and cozy, perfect for our family with children. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable too.

It would have been much more convenient to be able to contact someone without having to go through that hassle.

I chose this hotel for attending our annual general meeting as it provides the largest London meeting room, accommodating up to 85 people in theatre arrangement or 32 people around a central table. The facilities were well-equipped and allowed for a successful and productive event.

The only service that I missed for my work was the availability of an on-site business center for any last-minute printing or document needs.

The room was absolutely wonderful! The King Size Bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the fluffy pillows made me feel like I was being hugged all night. The view from the Premium room was breathtaking, and I felt like royalty.

I personally found the compact room a bit small, but others might find it cozy.
